Strange Brew Petit Verdot


Margaret River – Stainless Steel Ferment– Unfined – Unfiltered – Violet –
Blackberry – Spices – High Natural Acid – Low Sulphur


Variety – 100% Wilyabrup Petit Verdot
Maturation – Stainless Steel Open Ferment. Matured 8 months in 2nd Use French Oak
Region – Margaret River
Sub Region – Wilyabrup
Winemaking – Whole bunch fermented on stems, hand plunged twice daily for
two weeks. Basket pressed and gravity fed to barrel, MLF occurred naturally.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Wine Notes – Nose of violets, vanilla, baking spices . Plum, blackberry and
cassis with rounded tannin on the palate.
Alc/Vol – 13.2%
