Maturation –Oak barrel fermented and matured
Region – Margaret River
Sub Region – Karridale
Winemaking – Fermented and matured in French oak using natural yeast. Left on
full lees for 9 months then bottled unfined and unfiltered with low additions.
Wine Notes – Nose of vanilla, fig, passion fruit. Vanilla, orange, passion fruit,
green capsicum and fine acid on the palate
Alc/Vol – 12.5%
