Maturation – Fermented and matured 7 months in 2nd Use French Oak

Winemaking – Naturally fermented in 2 nd use oak with 10% whole bunch.
Earlier ripening fruit tannins, soft natural acid and lower potential alcohols.
Wine Notes – Nose of choc, mint and eucalyptus. Big tannin structure,
chocolate, tobacco and menthol on the palate.
Alc/Vol – 14.0%
