Winemaking – Fermented and matured in amphora using natural yeast. Left on
full lees for 9 months then bottled unfined and unfiltered with low additions.
Wine Notes – Nose of green apple, clay, green capsicum. Peach, clay, papaya
and great length on the palate
Alc/Vol – 12.5%
