Maturation – Stainless steel fermentation and maturation

Winemaking – Pressed to stainless steel tank and fermented over a month.
Bâtonnage in tank post ferment, then fined and filtered. Batonnage used to build
texture and palate weight.
Wine Notes – Bright citrus and green capsicum on the nose. Fine-textured bright
mouth feel, Refreshing acidity, flinty minerality, peach.
Alc/Vol – 12.5%
