Winemaking – Stainless steel open fermenters, daily pump overs, 45 days on
skins. Transferred to tank for maturation.
Wine Notes – aromas of raspberry and rose petals with earthy mushroom and
dried plum. Medium bodied palate with ripe, supple tannins from pumping juice
over in tank.
Alc/Vol – 13.5%
