Winemaking – Night harvested to maintain fruit intensity. Only free run juice
straight to second use French oak for 12 months, fermented using naturally
occurring yeast. Yeast lees stirred twice weekly, Bottled without MLF
Wine Notes – Aromas of fresh rosemary and lifted herbs. Primary fruit pallet of
lime, vanilla and apricot supported with elegant and integrated oak structure.
Drink now to 10 yrs.
Alc/Vol – 11.8%
